Once your Dubai visa is approved, it will be sent to you electronically via email.

No — working on a tourist or visit visa is not permitted. If you plan to work or stay long-term, you must apply for the appropriate work or residency visa sponsor.

After applying, you can track your visa status through:

• The sponsor (airline, hotel, or travel agent)
• The UAE immigration online tracking portals using your reference number.

• Submit clear, accurate documents.
• Ensure passport has 6+ months validity.
• Avoid discrepancies in names/dates.
• Apply 10–14 days before travel to allow buffer time.

Yes, you can reapply after a rejection.

However, it’s important to identify and correct the reason for rejection—such as incorrect details, unclear documents, or passport validity issues—before submitting a new application to improve approval chances.

Overstaying your visa may result in daily fines, typically around AED 100 per day. A short grace period may apply, depending on the visa type.

An additional absconding penalty of up to AED 5,000 may also be imposed in certain cases.
